JBS Live Pork produces live hogs for the JBS Pork Business Unit. Since 2015, JBS Live Pork has been a major hog producer and in 2022 expanded by acquiring TriOak Foods. Currently, we raise hogs in multiple U.S. states and are a top 10 hog producer within the United States.

 

Our breeding farms utilize over 200,000 breeding sows to produce weaned pigs for our grower partners. Our sow production facilities are located in Morrilton, AR; Lamar, CO; Houstonia, MO; Windsor, MO; Dalhart, TX, and 12 locations across Iowa and Illinois. We also operate six boar stud farms and have contracted sow production in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Our company-owned and contracted finishing farms can be found in Missouri, Iowa, Illinois and Indiana. In 2023, over 6 million market hogs were produced at our various facilities across the United States.  

 

JBS Live Pork also manages feed mills, purchases toll mill feed and purchases grain from local farmers adjacent to our pig farms.
